PayHubWebhookNotification

Server-to-server webhook payload PayHub posts on payment settlement or cancellation.
A "payment" notification finalizes the payment (order is created); a "cancellation"
notification voids the pending payment (no order is created).
The cancellation payload only carries PaymentRequestId, PaymentRequestCode, Type and CreatedAt.
