Integrating Shopranos with Microsoft Power Automate#

To integrate the Shopranos platform with Microsoft Power Automate, follow these steps to automate workflows, such as sending a message to a Microsoft Teams channel when an order is placed.

Step 1: Create an API Key#

Before you start, you need to create an API key for authentication. Follow the steps described in the Getting Started guide.

Step 2: Add a Trigger in Power Automate#

Search for the Trigger: In Power Automate, search for the trigger "Order Created" in Shopranos. This trigger will activate when a new order is placed.

First-Time Setup: The first time you add a Shopranos step in Power Automate, it will prompt you to enter the Shopranos API key to establish a connection.

Step 3: Add an Action to Post a Message on Teams#

Post Message on Teams: After adding the trigger, add an action to "Post a Message" on a Microsoft Teams channel.

Select Order Fields: In the Teams message, you can dynamically insert fields from the Shopranos order, such as the order ID, customer name, or total amount.
