Admin-only: the full subscription history (both Pending and already-Notified rows) for one product/variant, used to power the admin's subscribers drill-down - its Status column/filter and its per-subscriber "resend" action both depend on Notified rows bei

Admin-only: manually (re)notify a single subscriber right now. "subscriberId" is the stable subscription row Id. Returns 404 if no matching subscription exists (unknown id, wrong product/variant), or if it's already Notified and force is false.
